About Danie.

Danielle J. Curry—affectionately known as Danie—was born and raised in a Haitian household in Brooklyn, New York. As the youngest of five, she was immersed in the arts from an early age, growing up as an avid dancer and devoted music lover.

Her passion for storytelling and bringing characters to life has always been undeniable. Whether onstage or behind the scenes, the performing arts have shaped her identity and fueled her creative spirit. The joy and connection she sparks in audiences continue to inspire her to dive deeper into her craft.
